The bed was dusty. The hotel situated in a worst area beside the public toilet and you can smell it whenever you go out of the hotel. The staffs are waiting to charge you for everything, like keeping your luggage for an hour in the reception. The bathroom seems like you will get viral disease if you used it, it's very unhygienic. It's the worst terrible time of my life booking that hotel. They charged me 3000 rupees for 2 days where i don't feel like it worth even 400 rupees. If you value your life, please don't book this hotel. Thank you

The hotel itself is decent with a helpful team, and for the price it is okay, though the AC did not work well and the bathroom cleanliness could be better. While the inside of the hotel is fine, the biggest drawback is the location and outside atmosphere, which is extremely unhygienic due to an open male toilet right outside, causing unbearable smell and pollution. This makes it very uncomfortable and unsuitable for families, especially for women travelers, despite the advantage of being near transport and other hotels. It is surprising that a three-star property in such an area has not taken the initiative to resolve this serious concern by at least covering the toilet and providing proper facilities.

Good service affordable for money, we booked ac room but the ac did not working ,it should be improved, and the services need improvement.comparing to other worst hotels it's far better..
