Both the consultant who helped me select my door (Shaun) and the kind gentleman who installed it ( Martin), were very professional and thorough. They made sure to answer all my questions, both before and after my installation. I never felt pressured to select the most expensive garage door, or even to use them for the service. I felt like they just wanted to give me all the information to make an informed decision. They were also kind enough to fix my garage door opener wires, which were hanging down, almost touching my car, and at no additional cost. I have used Precision Garage Door Inc., twice now and not only have I not had any issues whatsoever, but I was always treated with respect, integrity and professionalism. I am (well, not for much longer! ☺️) a single woman, and I am usually treated poorly, overcharged and my ideas, wants and needs are usually ignored, so I will always use Precision for any service that I need, and they offer.

Precision overhead garage door services did an outstanding job from start to finish. The initial consultation and quote was thorough and sales representative was professional and well versed in their products and services. They gave me a date for install and even called me to try to get it completed earlier than scheduled. Mike G. And Dakota T. installed the doors with in less than 4 hours. They covered any questions I had about the new system and made sure all the T’s were crossed and the I’s dotted. 5 star service, I would recommend to family and friends. 10/10.

Our garage door stopped working when installed only 8 months ago. It is Sat and I called to have someone come out. They lady on the phone was frustrating because she wanted us to wait until Monday! So I asked her "Don't you have any plans for people who have issues on the weekend!?? Then she said they do, but the schedule os full for today. I got alittle upset and told her we can't be having the door open all night! She finally said they could have someone here between 8-10pm, but there would be a service charge of $88! So our door is under warranty, but we have to pay for you to honor it?? She called back about 10 min later and said they have a tech available and he will be here in about 35 min! Awesome! He arrives and we thanked him for coming. He said "Oh no problem! I was on standby and sitting at home. Oh really? So ol girl lied to us saying they didn't have anybody available?? The tech was great! Easily found the problem! When the door WAS INSTALLED they accidentally stapled through a wire! He said he was surprised it lasted this long! He said it was our fault! No charge!! So we really appreciated the tech, and his work and his honesty!! But not so much the lady on the phone!!
