We have been trying to file an insurance claim with Daytona for close to a year now. What a joke! They dodge emails and phone calls. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far, far away from these guys. Zero customer service, zero eff's given, and all round shady enterprise.

If you are a carrier --- beware!!! We did work for this company dating back to October and are yet to get a payment from their end. It has been a terrible case of "oh we sent the check this week" being given to us almost every single week since the start of the new year. It is almost impossible to get a hold of some one from accounts payable. The lady responsible for dealing with it - miss Manpreet is almost never available to pick up the phone. We have left emails, phone calls and have been ghosted by all avenues. If by any chance a review here gets the eyes of someone higher up - we would just want to be promptly paid for services we conducted for you! This is no way to treat your carrier partners. Highly disappointed.
