Doug's team was very good. Asked us questions and performed their work impeccably. The job site was kept as tidy as possible (considering there was excavation). They worked steadily and took great care where there could have been any question of what to do. They kept us informed, telling us what to expect prior to each phase of the job. At the completion of the job, their cleanup was so thorough you would not have known they were even there. Our neighbour even commented on how great a job they did and was very pleased of the cleanup the team did on their driveway. This is the second job we've had done by DC Basement and both experiences were "pain free". The work to be done was outlined in detail during the quote process and Doug even discovered issues and suggested resolutions even though the solution was outside their scope of work. Great work from a caring team and at an affordable price! We highly recommend DC for your waterproofing and concrete raising needs.

Outstanding work! I had a poorly sloped driveway and water pooling and infiltrating around the basement windows. Doug and his team found a solution to my problem, they cut the cement around the house, set up a drain connected to the storm sewer, and finished the area with stones, diverting the water away from the house. All done in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable cost, it looks great and protects the basement from water infiltration. Would recommend with all my heart!
