Someone reccomend I contact Superior for an estimate on getting my Grandmother's roof fixed. They came out. And accessed the roof. And then radio silence. I called one week and someone told me the estimate was ready. So I waited a few more days and still no estimate. I finally get a call from another person who went on to ask me multiple questions. Why weren't these questions asked weeks ago during or shortly after them inspecting the roof? They've wasted all this time and I have nothing to show for it. I wouldnt let superior put a roof on a dog house. Now I have to start over again and contact someone else to start the whole process over again.
