Setahu saya, Toko Bahan Bangunan Hong ini terbesar di Sentul City Bogor. Tempatnya sangat besar, rapih, bersih dan nyaman. Pegawai semuanya sangat ramah dan komunikatif, sangat membantu. Harga juga sangat bersaing dan cukup murah. Ada delivery juga. Recommended banget deh buat yang perlu bahan bangunan. Sukses selalu buat TB Hong…

Really not customer oriented. I've visited them a few times trying to buy something, not one they were able to accommodate my needs. They commit to follow up with matters through WhatsApp, but when you ask for a follow-up, they have no clue of what's the matter. The last time I was there, I was trying to buy wood. I needed 48 pieces. They refused to sell what I needed and forced me to buy per 20 pieces. When you look at the storage, the wood is in bulk, but impose minimum order quantity. They lost the sale to a more accommodative store, even though the price was higher at the other store. Try to be more accommodative, I'm sure you'll be more successful.
