I had purchased Mozeta Solar AC last year..This AC never worked..Firstly to begin with the service is pathetic..there was a terrible delay in delivery of the product..after the delivery we realised that the AC is not cooling at all..hence we complaint about the same..after multiple request finally another unit of AC was sent which also didn’t work at all..This company claims that they have skilled engineers who are ex ISRO and IITians but I really doubt their capabilities.It was a very sad experience I faced with Mozeta & their team. After a lot of chasing and pleading..finally the AC was taken back and the money was refunded..though we had terrible time following up & chasing the company for the refund. Beware while you purchase this Solar AC.

Two of our inverters faced same issues of suddenly shutting down and not turning on again. When first one happened they took many weeks to send someone to even take a look at the unit. Then when someone came, they said some component has been redesigned by manufacturer due to failure and we will also get it replaced. They took a few months to bring that replacement part. When a technician installed it the first time inverter stopped working again in a few days and again someone took weeks to come to take a look at our unit and when another technician came, he said it was wired incorrectly. Now first unit still has issues and second unit also stopped working now. Horrible service and no response. We are filing a consumer case against them, if anyone else has similar bad experience, please post about it and consider filing a case against them too.

Don’t ever buy their products, they are a fraud, with zero service. You have to call them 100 times for service, the service persons are also not trained properly, the issues come up again and again

All the products of this company is fake,they are importing cheap products from china and selling it under MADE IN INDIA tag.BEWARE OF SUCH FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES,OTHERWISE YOU WILL RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN LOSS.
