I’ve completed 1 year at Supersourcing recently and I’m glad to be a part of such a thriving team. I’ve learnt so much here. Both Mayank & Aditi are always available to guide us throughout. Work culture here is really comfortable yet growth oriented.

This company is completely fraudulent. The founders launching a new venture every year—EngineerBabu, MotorBabu, BlueRang, and now SuperSourcing. Their so-called awards are nothing but paid PR, and they seem to live in a bubble of their own making. The founder is more focused on his social media presence than running a legitimate business. The entire staff consists of freshers, with a heavy reliance on interns instead of experienced professionals. If you're considering joining this company, think twice—it's a waste of time and effort. And if you're a business looking to outsource a project, stay away! They lack the expertise and reliability to deliver quality work. And don’t even try to call this a fake review. I know you too well. You always use 'स' instead of 'श' 🤫 MY REPLY :- Enough with the pathetic lies. Your desperation to stay relevant is comical. If your company were truly growing at 80-100% every year, you wouldn’t be here crying about competition like a sore loser. Real businesses dominate, not whine like insecure frauds. You claim there's "only one legal company"—u r not the only player in the industry. who are you trying to fool? The industry doesn’t revolve around your delusions. Bragging about LinkedIn rankings and Google programs doesn’t change the fact that you have a track record of failure. Supersourcing is just another name in your long list of dead ventures. And now, for the biggest joke—"you claim you can "teach" how to build a successful company?" Let’s talk facts: - EngineerBabu – Dead - MotorBabu – Dead - BlueRang – Dead - And the list goes on… You couldn’t sustain a single company, yet you have the audacity to act like a mentor? Maybe instead of pretending to teach, you should take a lesson in business survival first. Your jealousy is obvious, and your fake accusations won’t change reality. "Real entrepreneurs compete with results, not desperate rants." If you can’t handle competition, step aside and watch how real businesses are built. My Second reply - BEWARE of this company and its so-called "failed entrepreneur". This guy is the epitome of arrogance until he's caught red-handed—then he suddenly changes his tone like an innocent man. Classic fake persona. Don't be fooled by the FAKE 5-star reviews. They're all from interns and college kids who are forced to post positive feedback. It’s a faiked try to look legit. Want the truth? Check the lowest-rated reviews of Engineer Babu, Motor Babu, and Blue Rang—all failed startup's of this failed entrepreneur. The pattern of failure, lies, and manipulation is right there. This failed company still seriously believes that LinkedIn likes and Facebook reactions are the key to startup success—like some clueless wannabe influencer stuck in 2015. It’s hilarious how this guy equates vanity metrics with real-world results, while his ventures keep crashing one after another. Total delusion. They lure people in with big promises and deliver NOTHING but excuses and delay. This is not a company. It's a one-man ego circus. Save yourself the headache. Stay away
