Waking up to a tree through a roof is a very stressful experience. I got a couple quotes and Chandler stood out to me. He was honest, genuine, and took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot)! Our situation was a bit more complicated as I am not located in the same state and Chandler went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in the process, just like we were there on site with him. He even went as far as talking to his mom about how horrible our situation was and they both said an extra prayer for us that the nightmare rental would become much easier to deal with...and I think it might have worked! :) The office staff was just as helpful! Abby was great at answering another slew of questions that I had with kindness and patience. We have a bit more work to do on our properties and there are zero chances we would consider using anyone else. Thank you so much Chandler & Team!!

Kail, our Super Storm Rep, came out on the recommendation of our friends Remax Realtors Bill and Sue Ludwig. He was great to work with. He came back out with the insurance adjuster. The hail and wind claim was approved by Nationwide. A little over a week later we had a new roof in one day. The crew was very nice and efficient.
