They advertise as an amazon pick up location, i had a package delivered here and i arrived 4 minutes before closing to literally pick up. The guy at the counter looked at me directly and pretty much told me to get lost and kept doing his paperwork. If this is the type of customer service this place has to offer i will definitely never recommend anyone doing business here.

Hey, I was there just now when I asked a question about the nutrition in the store. He got so rude and started arguing telling me to read up on the product and find out and he is busy on his phone texting not even looking at me. Consultant name is MARCUS very rude guy but anyways I bought what I want and he is not even putting that in the bag I asked for and he again arguing and making fun. I'm afraid of going back to that store again. His name was MARCUS and I kept saying to him I don't want to argue man and he kept arguing . check the recorded video of the store at 7/29/2021 at CST 1:25PM . Hope you guys take some legal action so customers will feel safe going to the Franklin Wisconsin location.
