Want to pay someone $40 for a no show and have no way to contest…..gamble on these guys. I had a 6pm appointment. They called once at 6pm and 6:01pm and left a message saying theyd wait until 630 before leaving. I walked outside. No one was even there. Called them back at 6:04. No response. I called several more times and texted the number as the VM they left indicated. They didnt answer or respond to text and no showed on a service I paid 40 dollars in advance for. Dont risk this happening. There is no business phone to call that goes to anyone. Only someone’s personal number. You can only book online by paying in advance. Complete scam to lock people in and no show with no way of someone refuting or getting their money back. Find another tv repair place.

Sure Fix is awesome! They’re very accommodating to the customers’ schedule and go far and beyond any other company I’ve dealt with. I will use them any time I need a TV repair and highly suggest you do the same. I’m more than pleased!

Saved my oled tv. LG was absolutely no help at all. Sure fix came to my house and instantly knew what the issue was. Now my is back to normal again!
