Excellent team and professional work. My roof had a major leak and they repaired the valley that was leaking and informed me that the other two are cracked and would fail soon as well. They gave me a fair price to repair all three and it's been over a year with no issues! When a storm rolled in my next door neighbors facia blew off and I recommended them for him. Found a serious roof leak a few days before heading on vacation, Sure West returned my call within an hour and cane out almost immediately to assess the situation when 5 other companies declined or didn’t respond. The work was completed a day later, quickly and professionally. After a few weeks of heavy rain, no leaks. Done right, done fast and at a good price - can’t ask for anything more when it comes to a leaking roof that has the potential to create a lot of interior damage. The work was done on time and the site was maintained neat and extremely clean. After completion, a quality inspection was performed and, a minor tweak we requested was done without any quibbling. Great local roofing contractor! We replaced our aging shake roof with Euroshield rubber shingles and opted for some cosmetic upgrades to the galvanized flashings. Our house looks amazing! We also priced out a few types of architectural asphalt shingles. Sure West’s pricing for all options was a bit better than the one other contractor I had provide quotes for the job. They were also quoting on more premium shingles, vents, etc. so perhaps it was quite a bit better pricing. Sure West’s communication was top notch and Craig sure knows his stuff. I felt very confident selecting them for our roof. The crew was excellent and personable. They put down tarps all around the house to catch any debris and used a magnetic rake to find any nails that fell through the cracks. I didn’t find any nails or garbage or anything like that which was much appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say, these guys are the real deal! Highly recommend.
