We searched and tried many multi channel listers. We could not find anything that could list to eBay, amazon and have a online store and push them to all 3 easily. Well you can with sure done. The inventory creator is really easy to use. It updates all marketplaces with one change. It saves us hours per day. Our business has grown since using sure done, since we are now able to expand our inventory with manual and bulk listing capabilities. Jim and Brett have been really great to work with. They have kept their word about everything discussed before signing up. Tech support is always there to respond to any question we have. If you are looking for the easiest way to create inventory and mange it, sure done is a great choice.

Extremely pleased with our experience with Suredone. We tried others, but were quickly disappointed with each, as none were a complete solution and we could not get the support we needed. This is a total package. We sell on Ebay Motors and the parts fitment compatibility function is excellent. Update parts fitment or edit a listing once and push it to our web store, Amazon and Ebay Motors with the push of one button. Or do it in bulk to 10, or a thousand listings or more at a time. We like to dink around with and polish our listings, as we learn more about our what our competitors are doing and what works for us. Suredone greatly simplifies this process. Inventory sync across our channels works beautifully. Support has been stellar. They quickly respond to our questions and leave us feeling they are there to help us succeed. Lots of guides and videos. Great energy. With the bulk capability, our growth potential is endless. Looking forward to taking more advantage of this potential this year.

Our motorcycle shop, Motorcycle Solutions LLC, has been a customer of Suredone for over two years. In the past, we've been customers with ebay Prostores, Kyozou and Magento. We've been very pleased with Suredone. The software is very good. It accomplishes sophisticated jobs like product listings and inventory control over multiple sites (ebay/amazon/website for us - but there are more options available). We never have an issue. The stock is always correct and the orders always sync up. Suredone took our website to a whole new level. The mobile template is fantastic. The search feature to search for parts by bike really puts us ahead of our competition. Suredone has skilled developers that are always updating the software to keep up with the constantly changing ebay and Amazon market places as well as requirements from credit card processors. On the few occasions, I've had issues come up, they have an organized support system that starts by submitting an en email ticket. I can prioritize the ticket as "general knowledge" "somewhat important" or "critical," which I find helpful. The staff has followed up with every email I've sent. There is also an extensive knowledge base of instructional guides written by the staff. I can also search previous help tickets by other clients. This often allows me to solve the problem quickly myself before contacting Suredone. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I'm not one to write reviews, but have been so pleased w/ Suredone that it warrants a quick explanation of why they are quickly becoming the leader in listing/inventory management software. 1. Their customer service is highly responsive. Please keep up the great work in this department. 2. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the Online Marketplaces (Amazon + eBay) 3. Easy to use/great UI 4. Affordable -- You are getting more than you pay for. I've been a customer of Mercent, where everyone seems inept at best, a customer of Channel Advisors, where you will pay an uncomfortable amount of money, and used every free/inexpensive listing software, that seems to be full of bugs and falls short of actually listing products. I endorse and highly recommend SureDone, it is truly a great service.
