I brought my boyfriend‘s phone up here to get fixed when I say this man literally is so unprofessional when we first got there The door was locked. Then when he finally came to open it, it looked like he had just woke up. He had to put on a shirt he had no shoes on. He told us the phone will be fixed within two Hours Way longer than two hours. We went to go sit at my grandma‘s house because She lived close to the store. Once we felt like it was longer than two hours, we went up to the store. We were constantly knocking the door was locked. Then he pulled up in a car, smiling then we asked if we could come in because he didn’t want us in the shop with him while he fixed the phone. So we walked in the store and he basically told us that the phone don’t work or can’t be fixed but it looks like he was never even working on the phone. I told him I wasn’t paying because he didn’t fix anything he wanted ($90) he asked for a $15-$20 for the service I literally walked out not even giving that. I don’t recommend., they need to shut this place down. All these reviews are oldddd from when there were different owners.
I took my MacBook Air to have it repaired. When I picked it up the associate told me that I had to pay cash. I told him I could pay w cashapp ($285) I asked what had been done to my computer. He said that the screen had been replaced. He didn’t give me a receipt, invoice, or old parts. 1 week later the screen was blacked out again. I took it back. He said something about the battery had been moved and charged me another $65. I didn’t use the computer for over a week. But when I opened it up to use it, it had a line across the screen. I took it back a third time and he said it was past the 30 day warranty. I have been scammed by znet. I don’t recommend using this business unless you have money to give away. I will try and get my money back through the legal system.
I gave this place a try because I saw all of the great reviews, but I did not have a great experience. I arrived at this location and spoke with a guy. I asked him to fix my charger port on my phone. I told him the port was loose and wouldn't hold a charge. He questioned me in a cynical manner and repeatedly asked me if I was sure if that was the issue. By this point, he attached his charger to my phone. So, I said "can you not tell that the charger port is loose?". He agreed that it was loose. I was confused and annoyed at this point. He insisted that I needed to fix my screen as well. It had a crack on it, but I assured him that everything was okay with the screen. I wanted to focus on the charger port. He told me the cost and said he would fix it within 2 hrs. He reached out to me 4 hrs. later to tell me that he didn't fix my charger port, but that he needed to fix my screen. I was upset and declined his offer. He had already wasted my time and lied to me. I guess he thought if he had my phone that I would go along with whatever he recommended. I wanted to get my phone, and I confirmed his closing time. I arrived 30 mins. before he said he would close, but the door was locked. I called his number and did not receive a response. I came back to the building the following day during his business hours, and the business was still closed. I called him a few times. He finally called me around 11:30am and told me I could get my phone. When I arrived, he didn't explain himself or apologize. He was very smug and said something like, "yeah here you go". I was very disappointed. I was willing to pay for the service, and he fumbled the bag and wasted my time. I took my phone to another location and found out that several screws were removed from my phone. Now, I have to address more than one issue with my phone. I hope future customers have a better experience, but I won't be returning!
