Where do I start? Susan, words fail me in expressing how amazing you’ve made me feel and what magic hands you have. I went to see Susan because I wanted some highlights for my wedding but I’d never had them done professionally. To top if off, I also had extensions so I didn’t know how that would work. Susan took the time to talk through the whole process diligently (you can really see that she cares). She was so kind and got me in for a colour strand consultation for free. She knew I would be flying out on a particular day so booked me in early on the day before she was supposed to go on holiday herself(also a bank holiday). From start to finish, Susan spoke through everything and made sure I was comfortable. I mentioned that I didn't care whether or not it was perfect but Susan explained that she only wants to do a perfect job. Susan, you exceeded all expectations; having afro kinky hair and a extensions at that, I really was happy with anything. You over-delivered and I'm heading to my wedding a very very happy bride. Thank you so much for everything. You will forever be my go to hair dresser.

I wasn’t sure at first whether I wanted to get highlights, as I’d had a bad experience at another hairdresser and was a bit unsure. Susan was so encouraging and incredibly patient with me. She gave me several options, even tried a small section first to show me what it would look like, which really helped me feel more confident. The result was amazing.
