I have been coming here for a couple of years now. All the staff are absolutely fantastic. The reception are always responsive and kind, and will call back when they say they're going to! I want to give a personal recommendation for the dentist Charlotte. She is hands down, the best dentist I've ever had. I go in anxious and leave smiling! She is efficient, calm and very respectful. She understands neurodivergency and is extremely patient. 10/10!

Andy Hey the hygienist and the receptionist are warm and welcoming. Definitely the best experiences I've had on going to a dentist all my life (I'm 38)! Highly recommend. My teeth are immaculate. 😁

I visited this clinic twice in the past month to have 3 fillings done. This included 2 hygienist visits to ensure the areas were thoroughly cleaned before work was carried out. I have decided to review each individual experience because of how impressed I was left. Receptionist: She brings a fantastic welcome to the surgery, on the ball and knows exactly how to make you feel like an individual whilst providing outstanding customer service. From my first step in the surgery, she made me feel like I was in the right place. Hygienist: I could not recommend more, again I received a very warm welcome whilst getting the feeling he really cares about my well-being. Giving me tips in how to keep my teeth in top condition and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. Dentist & Assistant: Now this is where the work took place, I had 2 visits with Paul and his assistant and on both occasions I could not have asked for a better experience. The assistant is so smiley and kind, she instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease whilst making sure that throughout the whole procedure I was comfortable and happy. Paul's dental work is second to none, he took pictures of my teeth before the work and took some after and I am over the moon with the results, he asked me throughout the work if I was OK and made sure I was in zero pain. He is so precise and accurate in the colour, finish and overall look in his work that you could not tell I had them done. I am so grateful. Overall this is hands down the best dentist I have ever visited, I can highly recommend and anyone who visits will not be disappointed. These guys know exactly how to treat their customers and their compassion shines through that. Thank you.
