It took me over a year to decide Suttons was who I wanted. It was one of my better life decisions! Mike was my initial contact. He was great to work with. When the project started Adam was the project manager. I felt like I was his only customer. After an initial hiccup, he went above and beyond. I was left with a perfect product, exactly as I had imagined it. The crew was so hard working and their work was high quality; very meticulous and precise. I will use Sutton's again. (I wish I had used them previously on another big project I had!)

Sutton, Inc is so great to work with. When an unexpected issue came up, we all worked together to solve it. The people were very friendly, polite and professional. They helped us by prepping an area for us to be able to do something we wanted to add. They finished well within the time they said they would. I would definitely recommend Sutton for roofing or construction.

One star is pushing it. Scheduled windows, doors, and gutters. All was perfect until we meet the scheduling department or lack their of. No calls ... just installers showing up demanding I open the house for them to start while I am at work. Not gonna fly with me. So I take the following week off from work for this project to start. Was told I have the best installer they have coming out and it would be a week to finish no problems. Great lets do this. Well 4 weeks later we are still trying to wrap this up. Would have been done in the week that was quoted but unfortunately the "best installer" only works the hours of 11am-2pm daily because he has to travel. Now I am trying to get a door handle that is faulty replaced and I am getting the run around again. The only good thing that has come from this adventure is the sales man is a good guy. Just works for a bone head company IMO. Great price and product just terrible installation and scheduling departments.
