I bought a pair of pants two days ago which I needed for work. I had no intention of returning it but I took the receipt just in case and was informed by the attendant that I would have only two days to return it. I even jokingly told her that I wasnt gonna return it. When I wore the pants they were too long and I went to the store to return it. They told me that it was a final sale (which was not informed to me on the day i bought the pants) and i could only exchange it. I couldnt find anything that was my size so I just decided to leave with the pants. Before leaving I thought I should inform them that I was informed wrongly by their associate when I bought the pants, So i went back(i would urge you to check the cameras just in case) The associate who was at the counter started arguing with me on how the girl who made the sale is a very good customer service attendant and theres no way she could have made a mistake. I was very polite but she was not ready to listen to what I was trying to say and kept on defending her friend which I found rude. Even I work in customer service and when a customer gives you feedback you are supposed to accept it and apologise. You are not supposed to tell them that theres no way their associate could have made a mistake. We are all humans and everybody can make mistakes. Even when I was leaving she made a face at me as if she was angry at me for telling her what I felt. The manager should really look into how they train their staff in customer service!
Im coming since long , In Suzy , I met sandhya she is assistant Manager I guess, she is really helpful and she is very nice always suggesting right thing for you, she is very knowledgeable about dressing Im very happy to see her always here. Keep it up girls. Ill will see you again. .
