I had originally rated these people 4 stars on Angi. However, I heard back from the Admin whose system they should have repaired, and must subtract two more stars. From the Admin: I was put off by the assumption that we were now in their "corral". They wanted remote access, saying it was cheaper to deal with issues that way. I had no basis for deep trust in him at that point and would never do that. He went off subject, asking how much our telephone bill was, saying there were Microsoft discounts available which his company could fix us up with. Of course I wouldn't tell him. I've never heard of that, and *I was annoyed that he would use tech time to try to sell us services we had not asked for*. He charged for 2.5 hours, but had left at 4:15, not 4:30, and arrived at 2:04, not 2:00. He also charged me for time he spent talking to a co-worker about another job. The one printer worked ONCE but the second one isn't right (the reason for the call). Also, I received an invoice this morning which included a discount of $150, but later received a second invoice with half the discount added back. This is not professional conduct.

Svetek IT Experts did a great job moving our office systems to the cloud and setting up a new 3CX phone service. Now our team can work from home, and it’s much easier to keep in touch with clients. The service was professional, and they explained everything in a way we could understand. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome!
