SVP Sports - Pickering

Came in today to return $500 of $800 value of in-store purchased clothing with tags and receipt and original CC used but they still pushed back on accepting the returns even though I bought everything just 5 days prior. Plus, see photo below how they threw all my items of clothing ontop of a table after scanning each only to call mgmt for approval to process the returns afterward. They left me standing there for almost 10 minutes with no solution and kept scribbling all over my once crisp receipt. Was treated very poorly for no reason and wasn’t given any respect. Not interested in any reply as I will not be returning to their store!

Best to buy from other places. They run the store with very poor customer service. I wanted to return a shoe which is in perfectly good condition and they came up with an excuse to not to return. Don't buy if u r absolutely sure u ll keep this. This is the shoe they didn't let me return. When I took it to Scarborough they accepted it. The manger here needs skill improvement. He is running the store like it's Hariyana.

I want to give a huge shout out to Raj! She was extremely helpful to me and provided the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Around 4-5 months ago I visited this location and was super lost when it came to picking out soccer shoes and clothing as I hadn’t played in over 8 years. Raj helped me through everything and was extremely patient and knowledgeable when it came to soccer. I found the perfect cleats, shin guard protection, and shorts because of her. This experience encouraged me to then sign up for another soccer league in the Fall and purchase another pair of cleats but for Indoor soccer! When I had came in today Raj was just as helpful the same way I met her the same time and she even remembered my name. I will for sure continue to keep going back to this store because of her and the great quality of cleats/sports gear offered here! :)
