From the first brainstorming session, we knew that Kristin and her team had the experience, connections and skill to plan an event that would pay tribute to the success of our agency. The event exceeded all of our expectations. Kristin and her team managed every detail from start to finish. They learned about our agency history and culture and ensured that it was represented throughout every decision that was made. She ensured that our agency branding was throughout the the amazing venue at Gillette Stadium and coordinated all signage, florals and decor. Kristin has impeccable taste and style. Swank Events has produced summer and holiday employee events for my company. I always enjoy working with Kristin and her team: they have great ideas, are very organized, always meet deadlines, help me stay on budget and, most importantly, produce terrific events. Kristin truly goes above and beyond. For our summer party in 2022 at Gillette stadium, the bus company providing 5 full-size coaches canceled all our buses the day before our event. They had a shortage of drivers. We got a full refund but that didn't help with the need to get everyone to/from the party. Finding buses had been challenging months before our event and now we were less than 24 hours out. Kristin dropped everything and spent the entire day tracking down buses and cobbling together a transportation plan for us. It was incredibly stressful but she was calm and cool. She literally saved the event. On top of it, Kristin is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Swank Events!

Kristin and her team were superb! We worked with Swank Events for a corporate event for about 125 people at Fenway. They were amazing to work with - they helped us create a vision and executed an amazing event. They were extremely active throughout the entire planning process through execution. They helped us a ton with decision making including finding vendors, invitations, coordinating with the venue/vendors, menu creation, choosing décor, swag, linens, florals etc. They were great throughout the entire process and helped create a fantastic event for our Company. They really thought through the flow of the event, from the initial cocktail hour to dinner and dessert. The made so many helpful recommendations and attention to detail, that really made the event special. We were on a tight timeline as the event was only in a few weeks of when we began planning- we would never have been able to pull It off without them!
