I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The cleaner who came to my home, CLEO, behaved in an unprofessional and concerning manner. While trying to remove some white, bleached marks on my stove—marks that appeared after her initial cleaning—she began aggressively scrubbing the surface, which have caused further damage. When I asked her to stop scratching, she looked at me with her eyes wide open in a confrontational manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.!!! I told her I would pay and preferred she leave, but she continued as if she hadn’t heard me and began moving unusually slowly, seemingly on purpose. When I brought this up with the manager, she was defensive and insisted the damage was already there. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this service.

We recently had the pleasure of having Aya from Maid World Cleaning Services work with us, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Aya is exceptionally good at her work, thorough, detail-oriented, and always making sure every corner is spotless. She’s also very polite, professional, and pleasant to interact with. It’s rare to find someone who combines such efficiency with such a positive attitude. Highly recommended!
