Came in over the weekend for a couples massage. They were able to book us in same day which was amazing. First off the place is so welcoming and cozy! They've created a very comfortable space that is extremely clean and peaceful. The massages for both of us were one of the best massages we have had. They both we able to tell without asking or us telling, where we were sore and spent a little extra attention to those problem areas. These ladies are very skilled and great at what they do. Very friendly as well! We frequently niagara falls often and will definitely be going back!

My husband and I took our first couples trip to NF last weekend. We had booked 2 months in advance our couples massage with this facility. The ladies who helped us were friendly. However, the conditions of the establishment were not adequate at all! We spent $300 to each have a 90 minute massage. Our appointment was at 10:30am and we were left on the massage table until almost 11am. There was construction or something going on in their kitchen facilities so the entire time were heard banging and drilling over the meditation music. In addition, my massage therapist was also answering incoming phone calls or walk-ins. So my massage was constantly interrupted. Also, 80% of the time, I wasn't actually being massaged but rather she was just rubbing oil on my skin. To then have the oil wiped off with rough paper towels, was...weird. With all that, they still finished our massage 10 minutes earlier than the 90 minutes we paid for. I wouldn't go back. Ever.

I give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend went in expecting a regular massage but towards the end, he noticed the lady getting closer to his private parts. When he noticed the kind of service they were providing, he refused but they ended up forcing it onto him. (Of course so they can charge him for it after) He was in shock for the remaining of the massage. Taking advantage of men like that is truly disgusting. He was indeed charged extra for the “special” massage he never asked for & didn’t want in the first place. This place is disgusting. All the men writing lovely comments about their massage probably received what my bf got but for those that don’t want to be touched sexually by old woman, don’t go to this place.

I just got out of the massage here, you should know that this is the best massage in Canada. I don't live in Canada. I live in New York. But now I've arrived in Canada and my friends told me to go here. It's a very good place. Now I've gotten out of here. Listen, I've never had such a massage in my life. The massage of a lifetime. They released all my nerves, all the songs, all my tight back, my legs. Crazy and excellent work.
