Ashley at Sweet James Events was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We initially hired her for month-of planning, but she went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment she came on board, she was organized, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our day perfect. I felt like I had a trusted friend by my side every step of the way, not just a planner. On the actual day, everything was absolutely flawless. Every little detail was handled seamlessly, and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Ashley had a calm and collected presence that made the whole day run smoothly. No matter how "extra" I was with my requests (and there were a lot!), she accommodated every one of them with a smile. Whether it was last-minute changes, special details, or making sure I was comfortable and happy, she was always one step ahead. She’s incredibly professional, but also warm and caring—exactly what you need when planning something as important as your wedding. Ashley handled our October 2020 wedding. Despite the uncertainty of everything during that time, she made it as stress-free as possible. She had great recommendations for vendors and answered any questions we had while in the planning process. About a month before the wedding, she stepped in to tie all the loose ends together and gave a detailed plan so we knew exactly what to expect on the big day. Ashley was so thoughtful, well-organized and easy to work with. We really felt like we got to enjoy the day because we knew Ashley had everything under control.
