I left there feeling amazing and I told a ton of people and I will be back and my daughter will be coming as well. My lungs felt So much better, asmatic, and my mental well being was lifted. Love the zero gravity chairs and the music being there but quiet. The foot massage was a bonus. Fell asleep a little here and there. My only thing is I forgot to ask about the warm eye mask but hopefully I'll remember next time!

I used a coupon for 3 treatments for 125.00. It included the IR sauna, 60 minute massage, and Ballance treatment. The IR sauna was nice and relaxing, but being as we were under a heat advisory outside, in hindsight I would have chose the salt room instead. That aside, my massage with Clay was great! He is very knowledgeable and professional and managed to get to my trouble spots and included some relaxation massage, just as I requested. I would definitely request him again. I did not know what to expect with the 3rd treatment, but it was very relaxing and I can see the benefit of it for many people. Fran did a great job of explaining the treatment to me and what types of conditions it is beneficial for. Overall a great experience, for a very affordable fee. Staff is very professional, ambiance is great, facility is very clean. Thank you Fran and staff for providing a great place to retreat from this stressful world, and always adding new things to the menu. Love this place!

I recently had a 30 min. Reflexology Massage. It was Absolutely Amazing! I have had both the Hot Salt Stone & Hot Stone Massage, CranioSacral Massage , several Reiki massages. I have never been disappointed. Sweet Serenity is amazing and they deliver high quality services always! Thanks Fran!

Very relaxing my massage therapist was very knowledgeable, kind and made me feel absolutely comfortable! The place and front desk person was very welcoming informative professional and not uppity!
