I fell on my knee and NSP was very accommodating to see me the day of my injury. I stand for work and have a dog to walk so a knee injury is a big inconvenience. Bhavni is a wonderful Physical Therapist, she is patient, explains everything clearly and is helping me recover much faster than I would on my own. This clinic values your time as well - I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I appreciate that they do not overbook patients and keep us waiting.

Clara is a truly amazing physiotherapist. I had surgery for a frozen shoulder. From day 1 Clara was there for me, to the point where I am now down to 1 session per week and feeling I am at 90% recovery already. Clara has a great sense of humour and always has a smile on her face. She is the greatest. Also a shout out to Melissa at reception who always finds ways to fit me into the schedule.
