This terminal is full of incompetence. Had something hit my hood so I had to have the truck in the shop for body work. They stole my soap my coolant my fifth wheel grease my paper plates my bunji cords etc while it was in the shop. And then they didn't even do a good job painting. Zero prep work just sprayed right into a new plastic bumper out of the box with nothing for the paint to stick to. Spend more time actually doing your job and less time looking through people's trucks for stuff to steal

You know many people have a lot of terrible experiences with Swift, but I cannot say the same, I was able to help other new drivers get there CDL’s, in addition to acquiring some great friendships that I still cherish to this day 7 years later. This was my start in the Trucking Industry, I had a few hiccups those first 6 months but afterwards I became an exceptional driver that has received many Safe Driver Awards From Various Companies I have been leased on to! I recently passed their cdl school and was excited to start my trucking experience. Only to be disappointed with how bad this terminals service skills to truckers. As soon as I graduated from the trucking school. I was rushed to get on the truck with a mentor without proper transportation or information. I live three hours away from the terminal without a car. So I simply asked if transportation would be provided & how to get direct deposit to my bank account. I was meet with immediate attitude and unprofessionalism. They also ignored me for several days. Then said if I need transportation I need to pay for it myself. Right after they said they no longer need my services. Huh…………

The best week I had since I’ve been in the owner operator division and they Short me a 1000 miles and my paycheck is only $500. How do you short somebody 1000 miles that’s beyond me. oh, and another thing I get a text message saying oh we hate to see you go like I quit and I’ve been driving for them the whole time you see how they make a lot of mistakes I had to call the owner operator division manager to let them know that I’m still in my truck working so I feel like they trying to scam me out of my money just because they tried to say that I quit I got proof that I’m still in his truck right now.
