I went through a process with Swipe Sum that revealed that I definitely could be saving money for my small business. As it turned out I was not able to switch away from the processor I was using due to an unbeknownst proprietary agreement that existed with my medical records vendor. But the surprising thing was that the SwipeSum team of Macey and Stephen stayed in touch anyway and made sure that I understood the terms of my current contract and helped me negotiate it more favorably. Their customer service is outstanding and their product is an effective way to keep your surprise credit card fees down in a business like mine where those fees go up randomly without notice, and I don't always have time to catch that.
