Not only did they inspect the problem, but they also saw that some of the slates in another area of the roof were broken, so they fixed that for me too. They were very nice and less than 24 hours later of me contacting them, the issues are fixed and for a fair price. I will surely contact them again if I have any more issues with my roof!
