I just want to say how thankful I am for my dentist, Dr. Micheline, and her assistant. They’re both so patient and caring every time I visit. Dr. Micheline is very straightforward and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. I can honestly say they gave my teeth a second life! 🦷💙 Highly recommend them!

My son had an appointment for a cleaning, staff insisted he had private coverage and neeed to pay upfront and wouldn’t accept CANDIAN DENTAL PLAN I Explained over & over again we do not have that out of province private coverage since September 2024. This is our new coverage since June. But couldn’t add it on bc of the old inactive coverage. Left us completely frustrated and refused dental cleaning without upfront reimbursement for a coverage we no longer have. Why all this unnecessary nonsense when they couldn’t have deleted old coverage and added new one. But we had to call around and confirm to make sure everything was active and no longer exist. .

Great staff friendly people , a great dentist to have :). I appreciate that they call and remind you of your appointments. Relaxed atmosphere puts you at ease. Dr. Yurchersen is a great dentist and, when you walk in have a look at the art work - she’s also a talented and accomplished artist. Location is wheelchair accessible.

I witnessed about 8 staff members judging a sick, elderly patients x-rays. Making rude comments and gestures. Imagine if that patient heard them! When I told the dentist she apologized and said she'd speak to the staff. I certainly had hoped for an all female staff to carry themselves better. Untrustworthy staff.
