STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. I went in for a screen protector application on my s23 ultra which was in great condition apart from some minor scratches. The application was extremely poor, with 5 air bubbles and a misaligned camera hole. Furthermore, it cost 79 DOLLARS! Incredibly expensive for such a job. I went back the next day and they took it off to put a new one on. I had asked for a refund but apparently they don't do those. When they took it off, my phone screen was riddled with numerous scratches and swirls that were not there before. You'd have to rock a phone with keys in your pocket for a month to get it to that degree. Not sure how that happened but I'm certain it wasn't that bad before I went here. For your own good, buy a high quality DIY screen protector kit for less than half the price and stay away from these guys.
My phone battery was dying way too quickly, so I brought it here to get checked. The staff were super helpful and got it sorted with a new battery in no time. Great pricing and no dramas. Will definitely come back if I need anything else.
I had my screen protector replaced yesterday at 3:30pm and my phone screen has broken totally. I can't even use my phone now. More than half of the screen is now black and touch sensor is not working at all so I can't do anything and I can't see anything. The guy told me it's going to take 5 minutes to do it but it took nearly 30 mins and my phone is broken totally. He kept saying that he hasn't done anything wrong and I can't do anything about it. I went to different phone repair shop and it's going to cost me $600 to fix it. The guy at the other rapair shop told me that my phone is very delicate so you have to be extra careful when the screen protector is replaced. Terrible service. There was a cctv camera in the shop so it should show what he did to my phone and it will prove my phone was working fine when I handed it to him.
