Do not recommend this company. Terrible reviews and customer service. Technician came to service our Heat and Glo fireplace remotes and said they wouldn’t pair due to our wifi, then took the base modules to test them - with no clear communication or follow-up on the next steps. Called Heat and Glo for a second opinion, who said the remotes have nothing to do with wifi. When I asked the technician to return the modules, our legal property, they demanded payment to return them, called me a liar, rude and racist.

The technician came to inspect our fireplace and was here for barely 5 minutes. He charged us over $200 just for that short visit and said he would order the necessary replacement parts. Since then, we’ve heard absolutely nothing — no updates, no return calls, no emails. We’ve tried reaching out multiple times and have been completely ignored. This is not just unprofessional — it feels like a scam. Taking payment with zero follow-through or communication is disgraceful. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

They Installed new hot water system We Called them as there was a gas leak. they wanted to charge to come back out, when we messaged that we would go elsewhere my wife received abusive text calling her ignorant and racist ??!!!! What the! Left us worried and stunned. Looking at taking further action.
