I am disappointed with my experience working with Sylvie for my recent property purchase in, Moncton, New Brunswick. While the initial stages went smoothly, there were several issues with receiving the final documents: 1. Sylvie promised to send the paperwork within a week of my moving in, but this did not happen. 2. After three weeks of waiting, my initial follow-up email was ignored. 3. When I followed up again, she made an excuse about malfunctioning machines and sent only scanned copies, instead of the original paperwork. 4. Despite promising to send the originals, they still didn’t arrive. It took another email from me, two months after the purchase, to finally receive the paperwork. Communication throughout the process was poor, with delayed or no responses to my inquiries. As a lawyer handling a significant property transaction, I expected better professionalism and responsiveness. While the paperwork was eventually sent, the delays and lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation in property matters in the area.
