I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Tim Erickson and his amazing team—Sabrina and Hannah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and supported. They are warm, professional, and always go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant experience. I came in January with persistent leg pain, which I had been struggling with for a while. After a thorough consultation, Dr. Tim ordered X-rays before doing any adjustments—which I really appreciated. He took the time to carefully study the images and fully understand the root of the issue before creating a personalized treatment plan. It turned out that the pain was due to a misaligned pelvis and nerve compression in my lower spine. Dr. Tim recommended a course of 28 visits, and I started feeling noticeable relief after just the first session. With each visit, I continued to improve, and now—thanks to his expert care—I feel fantastic and completely pain-free! Beyond the excellent treatment, what stood out to me the most was how kind, compassionate, and supportive everyone in the office was. Dr. Tim and his team were not only attentive to my physical health, but also incredibly considerate of my personal and family circumstances, offering genuine support that went far beyond expectations. Its a miracle! MY SON HAS HAD Autism 39yrs. Tourettes Sydrome for 29. Constant verbal ticks. No peace in his life! Or in ours! Not much results with meds. Zac had his first visit. He was 80% more calm. We were shocked. Our house was so peaceful. We are so grateful and he is much happier. So we look forward to our Journey here @Symmetry. Wonderful staff!
