before the interview Rashmi Rawat called many time attend interview on time join meeting before 5 min. after taken interview and document now not picking the call not answering of email and i called many time now she saying you called many time. she calling after some time and told your profile is on hold because notice period is long and will call you before your last working day still we are are searching and moving to low salary expected candidate change your policies otherwise you will face same issue candidate accept your offer letter and they can counter to another company because you also doing the same thing holding candidate profile and searching for another candidate means candidate time is not valuable if you not want to hire someone so don't waste the time of candidate Now if you reach to candidate before lwd they will not accept your offer because you are not loyal with policies and doing work like a cheaper

What I really disliked about this company that they are not honest with their client. After having knowledge in IT and the product I was buying from them, they hide many facts. Hence only God knows what they basically do with the people, who don't have or have very little knowledge of the product they are buying from these people. My personal experience has really bad and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
