My very first visit to Osteopath Joe Peternel was great. I knew I needed to get treatment but I was surprised at how badly I needed that visit. That was in April. Dr Colleen is a great chiropractor, I have been with her for almost 2 years now, and she has helped me gain mobility in very tight areas with periodic adjustments. She is very knowledgeable, and is focussed on the holistic health of the physical body, as opposed to just the treatments in our appointment. I’ve also had a few stretch therapy sessions with Glen and can honestly say that I’ve never been able to achieve the level of stretching with him on my own. Glen is VERY knowledgeable about the muscular system and has educated me on how to improve on my own.
