We have been renting a townhome with synergy for almost 3 years and feel very well taken care of! They are always on top of maintenance requests (even on the weekend if it’s an urgent matter!) and the pricing is fair and straightforward. We plan to stay with them until we are homeowners because we’ve had such a great experience so far.

We rented through Synergy Real Estate Group for a couple of years and had a great experience. Allyson was wonderful to work with, always friendly, and quick to respond. After we moved away, I had some random questions for her, and she was still so quick to respond… even though she didn’t have to respond at all. She always treated us with kindness and respect. The online portal they use was also really simple and convenient. You could pay your rent through it, submit maintenance requests, and view lease details. Any maintenance requests we submitted were handled quickly (which, as long-time renters, was GREATLY appreciated). Professional and friendly landlords can be hard to find. I definitely recommend them. 5 stars!!

We've been renting through Synergy for a few years now. Their online portal makes the payment process easy as well as submitting tickets and tracking them. We communicate mostly with Allyson and she's both responsive and easy to communicate with. For that reason we've continued to resign our lease each year. It's nice to know that if we need something repaired or replaced that we don't have to jump through a million hoops or live somewhere where things aren't handled properly.
