I needed a single Quickbooks report for income tax purposes to close out my business and retire. When I turned on my bookkeeping computer for what I hoped would be the last time, it would not boot up. I was able to take the hard drive to a service depot and get the files I needed but had no way to print the report. I looked online and saw that Synergy is a Quickbooks authorized company, so I called Sarah and after she worked her magic and jumped through some hoop, I had my report within two hours. I had been trying for a few months and had made several phone calls to try to get some help and Sarah had it done in no time at all. I will gladly recommend her to anyone looking for business solutions in the future.
