Sophie recently asked the class, "why are you here?", to wich I gave a sarcastic response. What I wish I would have said is, because it works! I'm up to 6 classes a week now. 6 different instructors, all of which have their own way of keeping each class fun but challenging. I'm about a 5 out of 10 skill level with some physical limitations. If you are a beginner, it's a wonderful place to learn. If you are looking to explore and expand your practice, you can't go wrong with any class you choose.

My son and I both enjoyed Sophie's teaching style. The pace was great because it allowed some dwell time to understand the movement before going to the next one. The 90 minute session was daunting but flew by. Sophie's personality is awesome. Love that she is competent and confident in her teaching but doesn't take herself too seriously. She laughed heartily at all her own jokes which made us laugh too. Great music as well! All around great experience.

Amazing instructor, Jen, who took our time with us as we were new to yoga yet signed up for the masterclass. It was so peaceful, her voice was soothing, the exercises made my body feel amazing! I'll definitely be back, thank you Jen!
