easy ronaldArrive 10am, receive dock number 11am , paperwork by 1:00pm. Waiting on paperwork take longer than, getting the truck unload...smh...people in the office just sit and talk all day, while driver clock run down....
Michael McDonaldI arrived at 8:37am for a 9am appointment, was checked in rather quickly then they came out to take my bills telling me to park on the opposite side of the building and await a call for a door assignment. There's no restroom for drivers or lounge. Still waiting 5+ hours later, called the receiving office after 4 hours and was told they are trying to get a door open for me. While I have been waiting I have been watching a driver training group learning how to back up between cones. Multiple trucks have arrived after me and have been put into doors. I gave one Star only because guard and receiving staff were friendly.
Yosvanny HernandezOne of the worst places to deliver . It’s insane how long this guys take to unload a truck . Arrived on time at 6:09 am to my 7:00 am appointment , took me 50 minutes to check in at the the gate for a long line of trucks. No parking space outside facility . After that parked on the yard and got a door at 11:00 am and finally got unloaded at 2:00 pm . Avoid this place at all cost .
Axel VTHEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME, as simple as that. Appointment time 10am, showed up at 8am,called for door at 10:15am got POD at 2:30pm and seems that I was lucky. 4:15 minutes
