Wish i could give a half of star & that's only because security in shack polite & proficient. Had a 7am delivery, due to multiple accidents on I35, got here at 7. No door available, so i had to sit. Long story short, if you're going to charge to unload your freight (which i personally like to stay away from any establishment that got nerve to charge to unload there product) be more productive, seven hours later & I'm still here. If you want to burn your clock, pack a lunch because this the place to be. Multiple drivers highly pissed right now & can't blame them, if you're low on hours. DO NOT COME! I missed a better load paying damn near double then this one. Great job guys, you just made my do not deliver to list. I'm sure they don't care but bet they do when enough drivers get fed up and stop delivering.

Appointment 5 am arrived at 4:40 and waiting for check-in 1:40 traffic jam of trucks stood to the road and did not see the end. 6:20 check-in, waiting for the door for another 2 hours at 8:30 they gave the door and unloaded in about 30 minutes and another 5 hours of waiting for documents. Total 9 hours to unload 5-6 pallets. Do not plan another pickup on this day if you are going to unload here.

1/30/25 - appt at 11:00am, arrived at 10:45. No lines like others have mentioned. Truck Entrance is RED X IN THE PHOTO. - pull up to the guard shack and get out to check in. Put your name and number on a slip of paper and then go wait in staging area for them to call you with a door number. - pulled in, waited for a bit and then at 11:50, got called back to the guard shack, they gave me my door number. - was on the door by 12n. Once your docked, walk to the receiving window by door 40 and turn in your paperwork. They will call you when it's ready. - unloading started at 12:30, finished at 12:40 (only 7 pallets). Received capstone text at 13:00 to pay lumper fee. Got my paperwork by 14:20. Overall, good experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. Plenty of space between the trucks on the dock. If I could make some suggestions for them... From doors 40 to about 70; it looked like they had more space between them and the trailers in front of them when they were docking; at least 75 feet. From doors 71 and down, (i was on 75) it seemed like we had a fraction of that... still do-able but maybe the trailers could lined up more evenly to provide adequate space. 2nd thing I'd recommend changing is for their switchers pulling the trailers off the docks...*QUIT DRIVING IN BETWEEN THE TRAILERS* You pull thru at the wrong moment, you're likely to hit someone.

Arrive at 630am for a 7am appt, wait in line at guard shack to check in, get a door immediately and was told I’ll be here for a while (because I had a big load of empty pizza boxes, lol). Docked at 651am, took paperwork to the window and waited almost 5 hours later still no movement in the trailer. Head back to the window to see what is taking so long, was told they are making room so they can empty my trailer. I told them that is BS and it doesn’t take almost 5 hours to unload a trailer. Their Capstone supervisor called the guard shack, who then called me and threatened me, that if I didn’t stop they would not unload my trailer and I would have to leave with the load. This is not the first time I have been here, but the treatment here is worse than it was in the past. No respect for truck drivers time. I have already spoken to my dispatch and will refuse any load that comes here and to any facility that uses Capstone to unload trucks.
