Extremely long wait times. Coming early matters nothing. You will be here at least 5 hours minimum then another hour waiting on paperwork. Essentially this load will take you to about 3pm if you check in 8am. Depending on your clock trying to find a reload maybe difficult. Best of luck.

Overnight and Street Parking here, Pilot 5 miles away and Loves 11 miles away. When you do arrive here, park first and then walk up to guard shack to check in. If the guard is away from guard shack try again 30 mins later. I arrived at 9:30pm for 10:00am appointment tomorrow morning. I got a call at 10:10am the next morning to come to receiving office, the guard shack handed me a check in sheet with dock door number on it to give to receiving office. At 1:33pm I received a text from Capstone, I’m ready for checkout. To wait in my truck. 2:44pm, I got a final text saying to come and get paperwork.

Parked in their lot and checked in the night before my 7am appointment. They called at 445 and had me empty by 630. Well done! The only drawback was no bathrooms for drivers parking overnight but the lot was well-maintained. There's a small truckstop around the corner (Swift Truckstop) if you need a bathroom before they open. When they're open, they have a bathroom available at the Receiving Office that was clean.

Don't come here. Unless you want to spend 5 hours waiting for them to unload. As many places I've been it should take no more than one hour to off load a truck. I been here 3 hrs still red light no activity. Prepping for a weekend with my kids so time is valuable. I bet if they had a incentive like unto of your hourly pay you get 20 bucks for every truck you unload no driver would be here more than 30 minutes
