Sysco Iowa - Food Distributor & Restaurant Supplies

Had a guy to deliver his load for 9AM appointment. Checked in 8:50AM and got out of there 3PM. They were pulling one pallet on every 35minutes at first and then speed up the process, in the end he was sitting and patiently waiting for the paperwork for more than 3hours and when he decided to walk to the office they were laughing at him and told him to keep calm in the truck. In the end when he started rolling towards the Gate to get out of there they run up to him waving with the paperwork.... Terrible experience here..

I delivered here this morning and the lady at the window got me a door right away, signed my paperwork and handed it back to me and told me once I get a green light I was good to go all before I was in the dock. Took them 20 minutes to unload and I was back on the road. Excellent job got me in and out in a hurry and the lady at check in was very professional and friendly. Amazing experience for me on the day I get to go home

Appointment 8 am arrived @6 got a door right away.. 7.30 started unloading 8 got a rest to pay lumper 8.09 got a text paper ready…
