I can’t believe this company is so disorganized and blatantly mismanaged. Also, I think the driver was intoxicated. I posted this in case anyone has a similar experience. Thanks.
Shelly PhillipsWell, this is my second drop of the day. I had another Sysco drop before coming to this one. The first one had me waiting 6 1/2 hrs to unload me, which put me late to this Sysco. Lady at check in was not nice. I informed my dispatch an 1 1/2 before my appointment to let them know I was going to be late to this delivery. My dispatch let this customer know what was the hold up. I’ve been up since 03:00 to make both appointments on time but it’s out of my hands when receiving takes 6 1/2 hrs. Now I guess this receiver will take another 6 1/2 hrs or more here to. Still waiting for a door and other trucks are rolling in and getting doors right away. This place has lots of empty doors and is not very busy. I feel like they are purposely taking their sweet time in getting a door and unloaded. Pretty sure by the time I get out of here I won’t find any parking. I’m very very low on hrs and have to do a re set but who cares about the drivers. Right guys?
FabThey don’t deserve 1 Start. Only giving the Start to be able to post. One of the worst places to deliver in South Florida. Terrible Place. Have been dealing with them since 2018, and they don’t change. They only have 1 Speed; Slow. Wondering when they are going to replace everyone from Top to Bottom. Our Trucks get there before 6:00 AM, and don’t depart until 3:00’PM or after.
Marko DjuricIf you unloading at this place try to avoid it, one of the worst’s places. It’s by appointment but appointment doesn’t matter. My appointment was for 10am and now it’s 3pm still don’t have a door. Unbelievable experience. AVOID AVOID AVOID
