Systweak Software

Systweak is a fraud company. I bought your Advanced Disk Recovery, Systweak PhotoStudio (Lifetime Free) package. And I regret spending the money. I deleted a file (shift+delete), which I needed to recover. The software showed me the file and told me to pay if I wanted to restore the file. Once I paid, the software told me that the file has been overwritten. Well, you got me to pay. Nice con. But then, it gets better. According to a mail from the seller, the software is auto-renewal, which is that the payment is automatically renewed every year. I do not recollect giving permission to auto-renew. You just grabbed that and now you have my bank card data. I saw the fake reviews on Google Play saying what a great place your company is to work in. Folks, you are nothing more than a fake company and a con job, similar to the people who call asking for the details of bank accounts and then steal money. In the absence of any option for me to opt out of this unfair arrangement, if you take one more rupee from my account, I will approach the cyber crime cell of the police. Alternatively, you can tell me how to opt out of the auto-renewal option.

Good product, was very happy with it which was at least three years. There customer service is also awesome/ My annual renewal was still activated and I was charged for a years subscription. A month and a half latter I noticed the charge and contacted systweak, the promptly agreed to a refund. Will surely being using them in the future.

No clue about the company but I did download a paid up version of duplicate file fixer from their website and paid 1500 for it. It had Trojen Adware and would keep giving notifications for other sells. Pretty annoying experience. My new antivirus did not allow me download the app on my new laptop. I tried to call their office but the number given online does not work anymore.
