2nd Update (July 2023): After nineteen months we finally received our refund. Update: NO REFUND, NO CONTACT, NOTHING. Again I can not say it enough STAY CLEAR. I guess that they were hoping that posting they had issued a full refund would clean up their reputation but it only works if you follow through. the shady reputation of this company continues. Be aware! We gave T&P Trucking a $200.00 deposit to ship our truck and RV across the US border and despite emails and ten voice mails over three weeks, we never heard anything back until we requested our deposit back … then all of the sudden they had time to talk to us. By then it was too late, due to medical issues we needed to change our dates and since we could get no response from T&P Trucking we had to cancel our trip. They refused to return our deposit even though they had no paperwork completed and we didn’t sign anything and when INTERAC tried to intervene on our behalf, T&P Trucking had cleaned out their account so there was nothing to recover our deposit from. We fully believe the whole thing was just a scam to get money out of us and would recommend you be highly cautious before using this company.
It's a very nice clean place and the people are very helpful there. No complaints!
Kudos to Sam and his team. They deliver what they promise. I would most certainly recommend them and will use them again.
