We had a great experience with Megan and PMI - they worked with us when we had to move early and always sent out maintenance in a timely manor when we needed it!

Have rented from this company for 2 years. The issues incurred with customer service and repairs have always been at the hands of the service used. Plumbing issues addressed timely! Deck issues addressed timely!HVAC issues 4 weeks with no air downstairs in a home over 4500 square feet!!!! BUT.... this was bcs of Quality Heat and Cooling(Ironically should change that name) PMI isn't the issue, THE VENDORS THEY USE ARE!!

My experience with Nashville Edge Apartments and PMI. Before move in, my $500 deposit was lost. I went down to the office and the lady at the desk found it in a stack of mail that was stuffed in a drawer. No on-site management. The communication was little to none. Any communication I did receive came off as if I was being a bother. There is no emergency maintenance - found that out when my kitchen flooded multiple times and the issue wasn’t fixed until days later. Something with the pipes. Every time my upstairs neighbor did laundry, my kitchen flooded. The pipes froze each winter. I went at least a week without hot water each time. This last winter, they had to break the concrete inside the crawl space behind my kitchen just to be able to stop the flooding from the burst pipes. A light fixture in the kitchen fell out of the ceiling before I moved out and the electrician couldn’t fix it because the wiring wasn’t done correctly to begin with. The grounds are constantly littered with trash and animal feces. The dumpsters are always overflowing. One of the smoke alarms was placed in front of the hall closet and I could never open that door all the way. The hall light outside the front door was broken when I moved in and was fixed shortly before I moved out (three years later). Any maintenance request I put in, I always had to follow up on because it would go days without a response. Stray cats wander the grounds and I even saw a pig a couple of times. Oh, and the “welcome home” goodies left in my unit when I moved in were expired.

I rarely get on any website to leave a review unless it was above and beyond to the positive or unfortunately in this case to the negative. PMI was hired to manage a rental property of mine. The staff was kind and seemed to have their ducks in a row. Only to later find out that couldn’t be any further from the truth. I had what I thought was everything explained to me in the beginning and what I was told I was accepting of and ok with. Fast forward I get charged for things that some, I wasn’t even made aware of and some they were suppose to get me quotes for having done. Well at the end of the month I was charged for all of them. Half of them I didn’t even know they were doing nor did I think were necessary. The most expensive routes were taken that I could have done or had done for 1/10 of the cost. The communication was the worst I think of any business that I have dealt with, no one would ever answer the phones at the office when it was open 8 - 5, and at the end of the day they try to relieve some of the charges minimally for their mistake and still want me to pay for the rest. Not really sure why people do business this way but it is what it is. Instead of giving me Pennie’s on the dollar back, you can keep it all and lose a great client for life. I don’t even want the money back because I don’t even want to deal with you again. Honestly I don’t even know how this company is still in business. I would definitely not recommend this company to manage anything. There are plenty others in the middle Tennessee area that treat their clients right and communicate appropriately. Best of luck
