Definitely recommend this place came in to do an oil change replace my transmission oil as well Jessee the mechanic took care of me he’s very professional on everything he does any drop of oil that hits the chassis he cleaned it up he inspected everything greased the truck right I wish we had more mechanics like him out there.

Terrance service manager was not helpful at all I tried checking in to get some services done already off the bat not professional with jokes about doesnt your company owe us money im like fine i can go else where then tries to back peddle and say I was just joking so I proceed to tell him to call my company for authorization and to confirm what services are to be completed they are very partical about this and to confirm what services are to be completed well after i Explained that to him like 5 times he clearly didn't want to make any phone calls or do any work for me because he kept coming up with excuses about I can't do this or I can't do that and all whatever else and with no actual clue of what needed to be done other than apu pm service that also needed to be done if possible on top of the other things the company wants done I guess it was too much to ask for him to pick up the phone and call and how else we're you gonna get authorization and paid but whatever No worries I can always go somewhere else spend my companies money somewhere else won't ever come back to this location ever again for work needed to be done Oh and bonus he said he can't service Cummins engine cause he doesn't have stuff to do PM services for cummins engines so if you have a Cummins engine don't come here either

Always a service advisor, never any techs scheduled. Consistently high wait times on even simple tire changes.
