Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge

I had a wonderful stay at **Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge** and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The lodge is built on a hill, giving it an amazing view of Denali and the surrounding mountains. ||||The Best Part – The View||The highlight of my stay was definitely the incredible view. The large outdoor deck is the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery. I sat there with a cup of coffee in the morning, just soaking in the peacefulness. If the weather is clear, you get a picture-perfect view of Denali—it’s absolutely stunning! ||||Friendly Staff||The staff was friendly and always happy to help with any questions about the area. ||||Would I Stay Again? Absolutely!||If you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable place to stay in Talkeetna, this is it. I only stayed for one night, but I wish I had booked longer. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Alaska. Highly recommend!

Stayed two nights at the Talkeetna Lodge with friends to celebrate birthdays and see the Aurora. Although we couldn’t see the lights due to cloud cover, the rest of our stay was wonderful. Check-in was seamless, the property immaculate, rooms cozy and the restaurant outstanding. Multiple common areas for visiting and also quiet reading. Josh at the Bistro particularly stood out as he accommodated our birthday celebration. We will definitely return!

We checked in a day early and they were able to match our two reservations so we could keep the same room. Room 203, a mountain view room. It was a large room with two queen beds, large fridge, coffee machine. Bathroom with bath and good shower over, separate washbasin outside. Décor was a bit dated, but comfortable. WiFi ok, plenty of charging points.|Housekeeping was on request.|Location is a couple of miles out of town but there is a regular and reliable courtesy bus service.
