I have had 2 vehicles serviced over 4 years noticing a decline in service provided and attitude. First a fleet vehicle that was serviced (I questioned was completed) tires were noticed by new provider as having tire rot. Mind you I spend a lot of time driving, yet paperwork reflects a charge for rotation/alignment and technician said NOTHING about need for replacing the tires. This is a big SAFETY issue!! I spoke with Manager and voiced what I viewed as poor work ethics and complete disrespect for others property entrusted to their establishment. I will now be looking for at least decent/honest service provider for both of my work and personal vehicles!!

Never the same since they sold to the new owner. Told the service tech that the wiper fluid wasn't working and that the tires were a little low. They changed the oil, rotated the tires, sent me a video where they identified the leak in the wiper fluid system, and just filled it up with more fluid. They didn't fix the problem or do anything else about it. So it still doesn't work. Didn't put more air in the tires, or do anything other than the basic things that were required for oil change. Would rather take my truck to another dealer for service and def won't be purchasing another vehicle here.

Nobody even came to my jeep to try and help me with an oil change, nor seen what I needed. I sat there wasting my gas and time. I called two days before I even came. A guy had an attitude over the phone and told me they don’t do appointments. It’s first come first serve. My point is if you are going to run a business; at least come to the vehicle and communicate with the costumer who needs service. Not let them sit there. This way my first time ever trying to do business with y’all and will be my last.

Service is backed up for up to two weeks. They do not follow through with their original timeline of your vehicle and do not communicate. I was told by the service manager that I would get a call back by 1pm the day I dropped it off to let me know what was going on with my vehicle but didn't hear from them for three days when I called and finally got him on the phone. He said that my car would be ready in the morning and that it would only take two hours to replace the part. He also said that I would receive a phone call from him the next morning which never happened. I've called several times over the past four days and have been told that a service manager will call me back but have yet gotten a call back. Had it been communicated with me that service was backed up two weeks when I dropped by car off, I would have taken my car somewhere else. Today is day five without my car when I was told the day that I dropped it off that it would be a quick fix.
